Stream context chat message

https://{tenant}.bobsled.ai/api/v1/accounts//data-products//context-chat/stream

Sends a question to the data product context agent and streams the response as Server-Sent Events (SSE). The context agent manages data modeling (tables, metrics, relationships), verified queries, and workspace configuration. Creates a new conversation thread if threadId is not provided.

Optional command to resume after a LangGraph interrupt. When provided, the question field is ignored and the command is sent to resume the paused graph execution. Requires a threadId referencing an interrupted thread.
